IntelliPA brings generative AI to the public sector without a single document leaving the organisation: a dedicated workstation installed on site runs open-weight LLMs and a RAG engine over the organisation’s regulations, resolutions and forms. Offices draft administrative acts on their own templates, query regulations with source-cited answers and run every draft through the AI review agent before signature. It follows the noze model of agentic AI with human approval: the AI reads, prepares and proposes; the decision and the signature stay with the person. The RUP, the officer responsible for the procedure, validates, signs and takes responsibility for the act.
