Environment

Environmental and energy compliance that turns into savings.

Industrial plants and companies with environmental and energy obligations, from waste to emissions, from IPPC permits to energy audits, up to supply-chain ESG. noze brings agentic AI into filing processes and into the analysis of inefficiencies and costs, with approval always in the manager's hands.

Your challenges

Filings under deadline

The Italian annual waste declaration (MUD), the report for the AIA permit (Italy's IED/IPPC permit), energy audits: data scattered across registries, ERPs, bills and PDFs, rebuilt by hand.

Inefficiencies hidden in data

Anomalous consumption, out-of-line disposal costs and missed incentives stay hidden until the audit.

Audits hard to defend

Figures without a traceable source and decisions made on partial information.

Rising supply-chain ESG

Customers, banks and tenders ask for environmental and energy data even from companies with no reporting obligation.

Cryptographic proofs over inference: the Attestable launch and the published numbers

Attestable announces a $20M seed and writes that practical zero-knowledge proofs were considered impossible and that the company solved it. Its own technical post declares two temporary limitations, a 16K token window and integer quantisation of matrix multiplications, and labels the benchmarks alpha results on a single H100. IACR ePrint 2025/535, a preprint with no experimental setup described and no peer review, states 150 seconds per token on one core for Llama-3 8B.

The Tuscan artificial intelligence law

Tuscany's regional law 15 of 29 July 2026 was published in the BURT on 31 July and as of 11 August is not yet in force. Article 1(2) states that the Region implements it without creating new obligations for creators and users of AI systems, the words sanction and supervision appear nowhere, and article 15 rules out new budget charges. Sardinia legislated four months earlier and Tuscany itself already had an article on AI from 2024.

Model-generated patches: 26% fix the flaw without changing behaviour

1Password's Off-by-1 Labs generated 6,080 patches with ChatGPT-5.5 and Opus 4.8 against six real vulnerabilities, among them a Linux kernel privilege escalation and an ActiveMQ RCE. 26.0% fix the flaw without altering behaviour, 20.1% fix it while altering behaviour, 53.9% fail or introduce a new vulnerability. More than a third of the successful patches block the proof of concept rather than the root cause.

Frequently asked questions
Can you use AI to fill in the MUD and the AIA report?

verdepilot is an AI copilot for the MUD waste declaration, the AIA report and wasted energy: it prepares verifiable drafts and surfaces anomalies, with approval always in the managers' hands. Data scattered across registries, ERPs, bills and PDFs no longer has to be rebuilt by hand.

Does NIS2 also cover industrial plants and the OT/IT network?

cyberagent brings vulnerability assessment and NIS2 compliance to plant systems and the OT/IT network, with OT/IT segmentation on the security side. It is the same perimeter covered by the cybersecurity solution for plants and infrastructure.

How do you answer ESG requests from customers, banks and tenders with no reporting obligation?

Customers, banks and tenders ask for environmental and energy data even from companies with no reporting obligation. The cloud solution integrates data across ERPs, plants and registries with web apps and dashboards, so the figures have a traceable source instead of decisions made on partial information.
