We are an Italian technology SME founded in 2000. We work on AI, agentic AI, cybersecurity and the cyber+AI intersection, with continuous technology scouting. We look for autonomous people who like to understand before implementing.
What you could work on
- AI & Agentic AI — LLM agents, RAG, MCP, SDK and tooling development in Python/Rust
- Cybersecurity — CyberScan scanner, NIS2 assessment, vulnerability management
- Cyber + AI — AI governance, open source Admina framework, OISG paradigm, anti-injection, loop breaker, AI firewall, red teaming
- Technology scouting — we track and experiment with new technologies in the open source ecosystem
- Cloud & web apps — distributed architectures, Linux, Kubernetes, mission-critical systems
- Data platform — DataGovern, data governance, EU AI Act and GDPR compliance
Open application
We welcome open applications — we keep profiles that impress us and reach out when a compatible collaboration opens up. We're particularly interested in: Python/Rust backend engineers, ML engineers, security analysts, full-stack web developers (Astro/React/TypeScript).
How we work
We work in a distributed, informal way. Fewer structures, more autonomy.
- Full remote — no office obligation, both synchronous and asynchronous communication
- A team of people and AI agents — we integrate AI agents systematically as everyday collaborators in our workflows
- Few management layers — like new-generation organisations: shorter decision chains, more direct responsibility
- Time for open source — contributing to Admina and our tooling is part of the job
