AgenticHealth brings artificial intelligence inside the hospital perimeter, with open-weight LLMs run locally. Under the hood runs a pipeline of AI agents: they read reports, lab results and imaging (HL7 FHIR, DICOM), retrieve the relevant documents (RAG) and propose answers and differentials with cited sources. Clinicians query the clinical data in natural language, verify the sources, and remain the only ones who decide and sign. Launch is in Research Use Only (RUO) mode, with a planned SaMD/MDR pathway.
