VerdePilot is installed at the organisation. Figures come from deterministic calculations, the text is written by open weight LLMs validated by noze ® running on site.
Automatic agents run on a schedule or on events, such as a new document or an approaching deadline. They only propose and a person approves every change. Each automation has an account with minimal permissions, daily limits and an emergency stop.

Every figure in the draft traces back to its source rows. The evidence pack can be exported for audit.

Before review the system flags missing data, inconsistencies in quantities, codes and periods, over-limit measurements and anomalous consumption.
The Reviewer
It checks every table cell and flags numbers that do not come from a calculation. Accepted corrections download to Word, with tracked changes or clean.
