The founding
FaSt is founded, a noze spinoff dedicated to photovoltaic energy generation systems. The new company is created to develop projects in the renewable energy sector, applying noze’s technological expertise to the solar energy domain.
The scope
FaSt operates in the design and delivery of photovoltaic installations, covering the entire value chain: from feasibility analysis to technical design, from installation to performance monitoring. The approach focuses on optimising energy efficiency and maximising output.
The context
The birth of FaSt marks noze’s entry into the energy sector through the creation of a dedicated company. It is the company’s first spinoff and represents a model that will be replicated: identify a specific area of expertise, develop it internally and then establish an autonomous entity capable of operating in the market with focus and agility. Energy thus becomes a new strategic axis for the group, alongside the established activities in web, Open Source and research.
