At the 42nd SIRM National Congress (Milan, 23-27 June) the fully online scientific congress poster management system developed by noze goes live. It is the first system of its kind in Europe: a platform that digitises the entire lifecycle of the scientific poster.
The complete workflow
The platform covers every phase of the process:
- Proposal submission: authors submit posters through a dedicated web interface
- Peer review evaluation: the scientific committee reviews and selects proposals directly online
- Digital showroom: during the congress, approved posters are displayed on interactive kiosks at the event venue
- Live voting: congress participants vote for the best posters in real time during the event
- Proceedings publication: selected posters are included in the official congress proceedings
The adoption
The SIRM (Italian Society of Medical and Interventional Radiology) adopts the platform for managing the entire congress poster cycle. The system eliminates the need for physical prints and paper-based management, introducing a fully digital workflow that improves the accessibility of scientific content and the organisational efficiency of the congress.
