The project
noze develops a knowledge management and activity management platform for Prometeia, a leading Italian consulting firm in economic and financial analysis services. The project addresses knowledge and activity management in complex environments, where information is distributed, heterogeneous and constantly evolving.
The platform
The system integrates two main components:
- Risk management: tools for the identification, assessment and monitoring of risks. Dashboards and reports for real-time exposure control
- Budget forecasting: a platform for budget forecasting and financial planning. Predictive models and simulation scenarios for decision support
Collaborative tools
The platform includes enterprise collaboration features that enable Prometeia’s teams to share knowledge, coordinate activities and manage workflows in a structured way. Control and planning tools provide an integrated view of business activities.
The context
The Prometeia project represents the application of noze’s knowledge management expertise to a highly complex domain.
