noze S.r.l. is founded in Pisa from the work of Stefano Noferi with some friends.
The company is created to offer Open Source solutions, Web applications, Cyber Security services and Research and Development activities. The technology stack is based on Linux, Python, Zope, Apache and GNU project tools.
Areas of activity
From day one noze operates along four tracks:
- Open Source solutions: consulting, integration and development on open code platforms
- Web applications: portals, CMS, dynamic applications based on web technologies
- Cyber Security: system configuration and hardening, firewalls, VPNs, network security management
- R&D: experimentation on neural networks, automatic systems and artificial intelligence techniques
Location
The company is based in Pisa, within the Pisa research ecosystem — University of Pisa, Scuola Normale Superiore, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, CNR — with which noze starts collaborations from the very first months.
